General Terms of Sale, Delivery, and Service — MrPatch USA LLC
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and services provided by MrPatch USA LLC, headquartered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By placing an order through www.mrpatch.us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before submitting an order.
Scope & Contract Partner
MrPatch USA LLC specializes in the production and sale of custom-made patches, including embroidered, printed, woven, and PVC patches. Our services are available exclusively through our official website. Each order represents a binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and MrPatch USA LLC (the “Provider”).
Ordering & Conclusion of Contract
All offers displayed on our website are non-binding and subject to confirmation. By submitting an order online, you provide an offer to purchase custom goods. The contract becomes valid once we confirm the order by email and provide you with a Free Digital Proof for approval. Production will only start once you approve this proof.
Prices & Payment
Prices listed on our website at the time of ordering are final. No additional customs duties, brokerage fees, or hidden costs apply for U.S. customers. Applicable U.S. state sales tax may be calculated at checkout in compliance with state law.
Payment must be made in full before production begins. We currently accept secure credit card payments through our provider (Stripe). All transactions are encrypted and processed according to PCI-DSS standards.
Production & Delivery
Standard production time is approximately 14 working days after digital proof approval. Once production is complete, we ship via UPS Express from Italy with delivery times of 36–48 hours across the United States. Shipping is always free, fully insured, and includes real-time tracking. There is no customs hassle for U.S. customers.
Deliveries are made directly to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate. MrPatch USA LLC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unforeseen courier issues.
Cancellations & Returns
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns once production has started. You may cancel your order at any time before production begins for a full refund. After production has started, refunds are no longer possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. Proof (such as photos) may be required.
Copyright & Customer Responsibility
By submitting a design, text, or logo, you confirm that you own the rights or have obtained the necessary permissions. MrPatch USA LLC is not liable for intellectual property infringements resulting from customer-submitted designs.
Data Protection & Liability
Personal data is collected only as needed for order processing, communication, and support. We never sell or share customer data with third parties without consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrPatch USA LLC disclaims liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
