Once your order is ready, it ships free with UPS Express directly from Italy. Delivery to the U.S. takes about 36–48 hours (transit time). No customs hassle and full online tracking are always included.

The minimum quantity is 10 pieces per design. We maintain this small minimum so you can test new designs affordably.

We produce Embroidered, Woven, Printed, and PVC Patches — all made in Italy with premium materials. Each type can be customized with size, shape, and backing of your choice.

Choose from iron-on, Velcro (hook & loop), sew-on, or adhesive backings. We’ll recommend the best option based on your intended use.

Wait at least 24 hours after ironing before washing. Wash garments inside out in cool or warm water and avoid bleach or high-heat drying. This helps preserve thread colors and adhesive strength.

Absolutely. Provide your Pantone codes or brand guidelines, and we’ll match them as closely as possible using our high-quality Italian threads.
